Terms and Conditions for Internship Training Program

Training Sessions:

  • All training sessions are provided free of charge.
  • Candidates who choose to participate in the internship program must make the following purchases.
  • A subscription to a server hosting platform, with AWS (Amazon Web Services) as the recommended provider.

Internship Placement Support:

  • Upon successful completion of the internship training, Aryu Academy, in collaboration with Inmakes, provides unlimited placement support.
  • Support includes:
  • Job applications.
  • Interview preparation.
  • Guidance through the hiring process.

Placement Fees :

  • Candidates securing employment through Aryu Academy’s placement assistance are required to pay a total placement fee of 8% + GST of their Cost to Company (CTC)
  • The payment structure is as follows :
  • Initial Payment: 4% + GST of the CTC amount, to be paid within 5 days of joining the company.
  • Final Payment: 4% + GST of the CTC, payable after receiving the first salary.
  • This placement fee covers services like resume building, interview coaching, and access to exclusive job opportunities

    • Income Sharing Agreement (ISA):

    • The candidate agrees to share 8% of their CTC (plus GST) for placement services.
    • Candidates must comply with the payment terms as outlined above.

    Refund Policy:

    • No Refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

    Chennai-Specific Policy :

    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
